I have no idea how I haven’t mentioned this at all yet on my blog… I guess I’ve just been spending too much time actually working on it to do anything else really!
I created a new Twitter app a couple of weeks back called TwitterHawk (www.twitterhawk.com)

It had an incredible launch, with Guy Kawasaki of all people promoting it through his own Twitter account. Immediately there was a mass surgence in hits over that weekend, and it took no time at all to get over a thousand registered users, and about 14’000 tweets sent out to date.

Guy has also mentioned the app at a few talks / conferences / expos in Silicon valley, the only one I have my hands on so far is the below talk at JellyTalks. (head to about the 13 minute mark)

There’s also been a huge amount of press related to the app that has popped up very quickly, which you can see at www.twitterhawk.com/press

This has taken over as the funniest thing I think I’ve ever seen… literally had me in tears watching it!

That pesky SEO by Artio link jumps straight back in when you do an update or install the latest version of Artio’s JoomSEF for Joomla 1.5.x. Here’s how you get rid of it!

(This fix works for most versions of JoomSEF, however the actual line for the fix may differ slightly.)

Jump into the file:
components/com_sef/joomsef.php

On line 757 (or thereabouts) the following string will be added to the end of your content ($buf is your content so far):
